Punish, they do it because they’re “done” and want to show you they are SO important

that they just have to block you to show you how little you matter to the world while they remain so important.

Keep in mind, the push-pull game is part of how they make the trauma bond form with you. So that can be why they block, also.

it’s no way for us to be treated, not even sometimes.

Educate yourself on how disordered these people really are and the pathology of Narcissism and also the Dark Triad. The reason I recommend this is because when you know, you’ll know, and you’ll understand why they act the way they do and how they do without true remorse.

please remember, they do know what they’re doing, they do know it hurts you, they just don’t care. They only pretend to care when it serves their purpose of some sort.
