Hiiiii everyone... In this episode I talk about what it's like to abandon yourself, and how you can overcome the ways in which you do this. Sometimes we ignore the inner voice that we know is right so that we can distract ourselves from our thoughts, or we talk down on ourselves to protect us from being hurt if we ever hear negative feedback from others. Those are just some really oddly specific examples I chose to put in this caption, but there are so many forms this self abandonment comes in. This episode is kinda loaded so I suggest listening when you have time, or breaking it up and having a journal nearby so you can take the most out of it.
