We have two very different lifestyles but the thing that keeps us on the same track in fitness is having a reason to do it. We love desserts and alcohol as much as the next person, and there are even times when we don’t feel like going to the gym. The way to keep the train moving is to keep taking steps even when you don’t feel like it.
