The Canadian Government continues to pay foreign aid to China. Historically Canada was one of the western nations that was supposed to usher China into the 21st century. It seems that everyone knows that China is an enemy to the west - except the Trudeau Liberal Government that continues to keep its head in the sand when it comes to China meddling in our affairs.
