A country's participation to explore outer space is often associated as a form of luxury possessed by a superpower country because it requires so much desire and funds. Space exploration can provide benefits in many sectors such as science, technology, education, defense, economy, and many more. However, the implementation of space exploration would not be effective if there is no political will and legal document covering it. For that reason, we are interested in seeing how the existence of a space policy does matter. We find that a space policy can be a big step in carrying out space exploration in the future with aforementioned benefit.
