Why Don’t You Like Sales People?

Why do we dread it? The people are totally annoying.

  • My biggest annoyance (outside of having to talk to them at all): asking me for the ‘bottom line’.
  • Dylan’s: What can we do to get you to buy this today?
  • They share misinformation. Ugh! If you don’t know, then say you don’t know. They are trying to impress you, but if it’s inaccurate…just no. Don’t make stuff up to make yourself sound amazing.

    • Sure, we could keep bashing salespeople, but that’s not the point here and we actually don’t do that and like to keep it positive.

    In the simplest term, they are simply in a position where they are directed to sell a product.
