Embodied movement has the potential to shift our view of ourselves, our world, and of each other. When we understand our movement mindset; in particularly our movement motivation AKA our movement intention / what's generating our movement, we can start to make more embodied choices that reflect our own internal values. Rather than continuing to reflect societal values that reinforce the 'not good enough', 'scarcity' & 'fear based' mindsets that we can find ourselves consuming.
In this episode I talk about movement mindset across the lifespan, and how our approach to movement during particular transition phases in our life can change the trajectory of our relationship with our body. I share in more detail my experience with movement, and how embodied movement has been a saving grace when it comes to my relationship with my SELF and with my body.
I give practical tips & strategies that you can use to explore more deeply your movement mindset, so that you can create positive change in your life.
