It was 1962 and I remember as a kid seeing a UFO and person. I was living in Dallas, Texas and I was visiting the Southland life building downtown Dallas. There was an observation deck in my mother and I happened to be there. One late afternoon. I remember using one of those telescopes that were mounted on the top rail of the building.
