In a recent conversation with a dear friend, she mentioned being troubled for not having time to grieve the loss of her husband. She is a prominent photographer and a branding and marketing expert who is constantly traveling, so I knew what she meant. Still, distracting ourselves with work is one of the ways to know we are not grieving correctly; that is why today, I decided to talk about why grief matters. 


In this episode, I share with you the four reasons why grief matters. We talk about the process of grieving as a mechanism that allows space for healing based on the law of polarity: to enjoy happiness, we must experience sadness. We also explore the concept of grief as self-care through the four pillars of existence. Then, we look at grief as a powerful tool to get to the root issues of unhappiness, and finally, as a chance to reach our most significant growth potential.
