Everything links up!
If we experience trauma and don't do the work to heal/unravel/move through... there's a 99.9% chance it's going to come back and bite us in the ass.

On the flip side, for all of the magic, happiness, love and compassion we've experienced, we are repeating those patterns too!

Here's to knowing the power of our CHOICES.  
And taking responsibility if we see a pattern of suboptimal ones.
