Why I renamed the podcast from ‘Sugar or Fat’ to ‘Farmacist’?

The best teachers teach what they have experienced themselves after having manifested actual results! For over 20 years, I was a passionate student &amp; practitioner in a variety of healing modalities (meditation, yoga, reiki, nutrition, Ayurveda, plant medicine). I had a successful career as a Pharmacist working in fortune 500 Corporations in the United States, while serving as a volunteer career Mentor for graduate school students. I've always felt an innate desire to create a livelihood that is aligned to who I am at Soul-level. ✨💜✨
