Why I Shaved my Head and Leveraging Surveys to Grow Your Business
In this episode, I open up about a vulnerable and personal topic that has impacted me for years and share a recent business experience I had collecting survey feedback to help optimize my product offering. Part 1 (Personal Topic): Shaving my head has been a consideration of mine for years due to hair loss, so I recently decided to give it a shot. My point in sharing this is more than just an update on my style and appearance - I hope to reach the many men out there who have struggled with baldness and what they should do about it, along with encouraging everyone else to try new things that are uncomfortable to step into. Part 2 (Business Topic): This section focuses on a recent exercise I ran in an effort to continue optimizing my business, Legacy Kapsule. I share specific survey questions and how I am addressing certain objections or hesitations that came back to me as feedback.
