We’ve been so spoiled with this market lately, that people think it’s always gonna last this way, guess what books I thought the exact same thing in 2006 and 2007. And think the Lord, I switched my business at the time that there’s a correction to adapt in the short sales and I had the best few years of my life. I’m not saying the markets gonna crash. But what I am saying is that there is a correction going to take place in the affordability for what people can actually afford in today’s market.
