Why I’m changing the sliding scale tiers for YS&SB 🪴

Rarely a week goes by where I’m not talking about pricing with my clients and YS&SB members.

It’s both a really practical and emotional topic in our business.

Practically our pricing is just what we charge for the work we do and how we design our offerings in a way that makes it sustainable and profitable for us to deliver them.

But emotionally it can trigger a whole lot of feelings and fears.

Fears around, who will pay me this? And am I allowed to charge this? And what about the people who can’t afford this? And am I even good enough to be paid this? And will I be able to make enough sales at this price point?

And I’ve navigated this messy middle in my own business recently too as I made the decision to increase the sliding scale tiers for my group program after the next enrolment in July.

In today’s episode I dive deeper into all the thoughts and feelings behind this pricing decision and some encouragement for you if you’re currently feeling stuck on what to charge or how to give yourself permission to increase your prices so that you don’t abandon your own needs in your pricing.
