Why I’m Not Renewing My Certification

This week, I made the decision to not renew my I.C.F. coaching certification and I really like my reasons for not doing so. 

I invite you to consider these questions:

  • When have you looked outside yourself for external approval or permission?
  • What were you believing about yourself when you did so?
  • Who do you allow to “qualify” your gifts and talents?
  • If you didn’t need validation or approval going forward, what might you do?
  • How willing are you to trust yourself to make continuous progress without external accountability?
