This is probably the episode with the heaviest/ most sensitive content. I know that this subject can be triggering for many people, so if it is the case, I STRONGLY advise you AGAINST listening. Basically, I start at the very beginning, discussing how my ED arose, my hunger, the impacts on my physical/mental health, and my recovery. This is only my experience. Everyone's journey is different, so it is hard to compare. If you are struggling with body image as well, I completely feel for you. Just a reminder that you are beautiful, and please be kind to yourself. I am working on that myself too.
