Harvey Weinstein's trial is underway in New York as Americans wait for deliberations on whether the disgraced film executive is truly capable of the accused atrocious acts. It is unclear when the jury deliberations will be held, however to this day, Harvey has maintained his innocence. He will not testify in this current trial.
