Why is it so important that we get enough sleep? This is something I learnt about when I first started studying and has been extremely helpful since. Learn about your circadian rhythm, what it is and what influences it and how you can improve your own sleep cycle.
Also, I apologise for how many times I say 'umm' during this...I'm trying to keep everything as smooth and free-flowing as possible without too much cutting and pasting. I just feel like it gives a more authentic feeling but I do know how annoying hearing 'umm' every third word can be!
