Vaccine reluctance is on the rise in Arizona. Recent reports have suggested that even hospital staff are beginning to show reluctance and in Arizona specifically, nurses at vaccine centers have seen a steep drop in appointments over the past few weeks, even though eligibility has totally opened up. So, what is the role of healthcare leaders in encouraging people to get this vaccine?
