Today’s episode with Karim is about one of the big questions many coaches ask, Is do we need to prepare for each and every coaching session, even if the client we just met last week, or if this is a client that we've been with him for months or years?
And this is with no doubt one of the most asked questions by Karim’s students whenever they are at the beginning of their career, or they've been coaching for a long time.
And this is one of the questions that usually pop up. So, let's dig deep and check how important it is. And is it really needed to prepare for each and every session?

You can start your session without preparing. But this won't be the session that you as a coach want to deliver, or the clients want to receive from you.
You need to be prepared for the client.
The success of the coaching session is based on how ready you are and how prepared you are for the session.
How prepared you are for this specific client and for his specific goal.
How prepared you are to jump from the journey that you've been in with another client to jump in the train and the journey with this new client.
It's not something that we are getting by default.
if you think you're good enough, not to prepare your session, that simply means that you are missing something part of the fundamentals of the coaching from the beginning, which is respecting this client and getting ready for this client.
This type of commitment, this type of partnership, is the type of preparation that you're going to show for the client, which is going to be also mirrored by the client and will be reflected by the client himself.
If you are committed to the client, if you are preparing for the client, you got to agree on a couple of actions that he has to do them, he got to commit and he got to do them because he feels that you are committed to him
