While I am typically a pretty upbeat person, I have been in a real funk lately. It has caused me to be less creative and you may have noticed I haven't put out much content. It has impacted me in a number of ways, negatively.

Given this is a bit of a foreign thing to me, I wanted to share where I am at mentally, how I am unpacking why, and what I am doing to  work to get out of this space. 

I hope that anyone else who is struggling right now can hear that they aren't alone.
