In 2020, business owners who simply ask potential clients to “book an appointment” right off the bat are going to have a hard time finding enough of the right clients to build an effective business.

Most people simply aren’t ready to do business with us immediately and need a stop-gap in between hearing about us for the first time and spending money with us. That stop-gap should be turning them first into a “lead”.

We collect leads by offering people who need our help something of value in exchange for their contact details. We can then follow up with them over time with the hope of turning them into paying customers.

The problem is, most health and wellness business owners have no idea how to do this the right way!
