Over the past few years Instagram has created more ways for someone to interact with your page and it's likely they're not going to do more than one at a time.

For example, someone likely isn't going to click like your post and save it at the same time.. 

Interactions & engagement is what makes your account thrive, and that's more than just a double tap heart. 

Instagram gages your account by the amount of time others spend on it, 

and interactions such as: 

Saved posts

Sent posts

Website clicks

Get direction clicks 

Comments

Follows etc. 

So don't gage the success of your account only on the number of like you're getting.
