I have a confession: I was bombarded with SO many intrusive, negative thoughts today. I hated the way I looked, had no motivation to do anything. So I’m here to tell you: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. 

But you know what? I powered through it. I dragged myself to the gym, and eventually, all those thoughts went away. You have two choices: you can let those thoughts control your behavior, OR you can push past them.
