Why am I having such intense dreams and what do about them?   

As the energy continues to rise, many of us are becoming more sensitive to the higher realms and information coming from them.  Our soul can communicate with us through our dreams. It is advised that we note down our dreams in the morning and look at the repeating patterns, which will help to see the bigger picture of the messages being passed to us from our soul.
