Mastitis is no fun (it sucks). I've experienced it twice myself and helped many clients through it. Myself and other IBCLCs tend to see more cases of mastitis, plugged ducts and engorgement around the holiday season and in today's episode I'm explaining why and what you can do to prevent it!
