I talk about the fact that starting a podcast is scary AF but at the same time exhilarating AF. And then I dive into my journey that has brought me to this very moment. I used to think my story was boring. I used to think I didn't even have a story. And then I realized we ALL have a story. So now I get to share my story of discovering my love of working with the special needs population, discovering my love of teaching yoga, and discovering my love of speaking...hence this podcast!
