  • A conversation on clarity, coaching and real life with Eliza Hill
In this episode, I chat with the lovely Eliza Hill. Eliza and I go way back, yet we've never met in person. She's one of those people I had the pleasure of meeting through an online group program where we were diving deep into human design. In this episode, we chat about our current relationship with human design and how it still helps us make aligned decisions. We talk about how to best navigate the emotional rollercoaster that comes hand in hand with life, as well as the behind-the-scenes of the coaching industry and our honest opinions about being part of that world. Eliza is a true gem, and I can't recommend connecting with her enough. And if you're looking for someone to help guide you toward more clarity, you can book a session with her below! • Closing a Chapter, Opening Another
In this episode I fly solo yet again! I share about some great news that closed out 2025. One being that I was given a clear scan and can enjoy this moment being cancer-free. The other is that my book has finally been released! I also share some lessons learned from the book writing process such as: Writers must write. Being edited is hard but necessary. Be careful not to lose your voice. Be proud of yourself when your piece is released, but know that there are many more pieces to come. And be sure to celebrate your arrival at the destination, but know that the journey is truly what it's all about. I also dive into what's to come! A couple of workshops, more time spent writing, a local radio show on CIDI and...who knows! I'm taking my time entering into this New Year and deciding what's next. Afterall, what's the rush? If you're looking to connect you can find me over here! Instagram Website Mailing list Order my book on Amazon Or you can wait until it's available at Brome Lake Books near the end of January! Thank you so much for being here! Lots of love, Jaime xo

  • Jaime talks summer burnout, health updates, Nourish November & her TDNBTM challenge
It's been four months since the last episode, but I'm excited to be back! I chat about how delaying something you've been wanting to do only makes you delay it more and more. Which is why I ripped off the bandaid and recorded this episode! I also chat about how my summer burnout was about more than just a busy Marina season. And how I'm all for manifestation, but sometimes you just don't get the appointment for the scan when you want it. I also give an update on coaching, on teaching movement and on my book, That Does Not Belong to Me....which will be out soon! As always, if you want to connect don't hesitate to reach out! You can email [email protected], find me on Instagram at @jaimejessica or head to my website jaimemoar.com to join my mailing list. Thank you for being here!

  • Rebelling against the norm, following your gut, and is human design really the way? With the fabulous projector, Joshua Gorrell
What a treat to spend an hour chatting with my dear friend Joshua! We first connected when we were just baby-faced newbies in the personal development world, and we've stayed close ever since. In this episode, we talk about the winding (and sometimes weird) road of growth, where we currently stand with human design, and how our creative practices—Josh with music, me with writing—might just be our deepest forms of personal development.

Keep an ear out for Josh's album dropping at the end of August, and my book launching sometime this fall. And if you'd like the replay of Miss Aligned, just send me a note at [email protected]—I'd be happy to share it with you.

  • A solo episode on fertility, AI, Pilates, and being frank
In this episode I go solo! I hop all over the place from how the idea of getting pregnant when you have cancer is allowed to feel scary, to why the Let Them Theory isn't all it's cracked up to be. I share about my new love of reformer Pilates and my mixed feelings about ChatGPT. I also talk about the new direction I'm going by taking a break from group programs and 1:1 coaching to launching my Buy Me A Coffee page (see link below, and feel free to contribute if you enjoyed the episode!) No matter what, I'm just so happy to be here with you. • Dear Sisters: Nature vs Nurture, Loud Chewing & Life's Big Questions

In this episode of That Does Not Belong to Me, we are honoured to be joined by our eldest sister, Tara. Get ready for a heartfelt, hilarious, and sometimes unexpected conversation.

We dive into different perspectives on world events, the ever-fascinating debate of nature vs nurture, and ask each other deep, curious questions I never saw coming. Tara wonders how to be honest without hurting anyone's feelings (and why loud chewers exist). I share a personal revelation about whether or not I want to have a baby, and ask my sisters what they would do in my shoes. Nikki poses a thought-provoking question: what do we each secretly want that the other has?

There's a lot of laughter (like, turn-down-your-volume laughter), a few awkward moments, and the kind of real sisterly banter that only happens when you truly feel safe to be yourself.

To be honest, this episode was just an excuse for us to hang out, but we're so grateful to have you along for the ride.

If you're into honest conversations about family dynamics, personal growth, and the messy beauty of sisterhood, this one's for you.

  • Dear Sisters! Boundaries, friendship break-ups, anxious kids and entrepreneurial qualities
In this episode Nikki and I once again do our best to answer your questions. We first talk about what weird things we've been doing lately. Then we dive into a question around Nikki's great boundary skills and if she reevaluates them regularly. Question #2 goes deep around the topic of adult friendships and if it's time to let one go. Nikki then brings in a great question around what to do when your kiddo regularly throws a tantrum to avoid going to school (hint hint, screen time isn't the answer). Finally, we get asked what is the main quality that is needed as an entrepreneur. Lots of laughs along the way, and Nikki even therapizes me! Thanks for listening, and don't forget to send your questions to [email protected]

  • From Witch to Stitch: The windy road of entrepreneurship with website designer Drea Gideon
In this episode I chat with website designer, entrepreneur, knitting enthusiast and mom of two, Drea Gideon. Previously known as the Weekend Witch, Drea now runs Dia Collective, a web design agency based in Montreal. Her business evolved as her family grew and she now has a team who supports her. Drea also shares how she became obsessed with knitting during her most recent pregnancy and reminded us that we don't need to turn all of our passions into a business (it also doesn't mean it won't ever be!) We discuss our relationship with social media and how the number is truly just a number. I loved my chat with Drea and I can't wait until you meet her! Connect with Drea! • Dear Sisters is back!
In this episode Nikki and I start by clearing up whether or not she is cross-eyed (you'll have to listen to find out!) and then we answer some really juicy questions. One around being ready for a job change, but worried about the guilt that will come from it. Question #2 is multi-layered. We dive into the lasting effects of infidelity and gaslighting and how we feel about strip clubs. And last but not least, a cute question that asks about Nikki and I as little ones and how we've maintained a relationship along the way. As always, thank you for being here!
