It’s unfair that men have to hold back their emotions. With such a high rate of male suicides aged 15-24 in New Zealand. It’s time to support men in showing their emotions. Nothing wrong with men crying.

Call it a mid-life crisis or the search for act 2 of my life to be different. I made a decision to quit my corporate job, sell my stuff, go travelling and set up my coaching business in 2020. I started my travels in New Zealand when Covid hit and my travels plans got derailed, I'm now trying to build a coaching business that can help people like me who want to take steps into a brand new world. Can I coach myself to get over the self-doubt and fear that I might have made a big mistake? Or will my mindset and determination to have a new life give me the happiness I seek?
