The way you think about food and the way you react when you eat something has WAYYYY more impact on what you do than the actual food. There are people (like me) who eat chocolate daily, crisps daily and have cereal regualrly who are healthy as an ox (?). Then there are those who eat those foods and think they are the biggest failure in the world. How can both be true?

Its overal diet obviously but also that I don't negatively react and fall into a pit of dispair and you probably do....
