Why Running In the Morning is Good For your Mental Health

Who doesn't love to just get up and start running? Pretty much everyone doesn't! But for those who do, they experience the best benefits from it! Not only does it help with our physical state, but our mental & emotional state benefit from it too.

Side Note: Being a runner DOES NOT mean that you have to run long distance, ultras, or marathons. It means that you are getting out and about for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week to reap the beautiful benefits of a morning run.
