Whenever it comes to crunch time in buying a new product or service online, the simple fact is that we all like confirmation that other people have found value in that product before.This is why testimonials work so well online, due to the fact that they're a factor in validating the sale for us before it's made, or concreting our hope that we'll find value in that product as well.However, testimonials are old news.
