In this episode we have Sian Broadbent from Gippsland Mama a community run by Sian as a support mechanism and platform for women in the Gippsland region to connect with each other for many reasons. 

We discuss from a women perspective, why they seem to struggle more with limitations, comfort zones and lack of taking action. Women are extremely creative in their natural state but they seem to take longer to act on their creative ideas more than men do in their natural state.
