Enjoy this great Fall/Winter Sheet pan Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack chicken sausage

2-3 sweet potatoes

fresh brussel sprouts

1 red onion

1 apple

2 TBS avocado oil (or oil of your choice)

2 TBS honey

2 TBS maple syrup

salt

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces. Place in bowl and coat with wet ingredients. Salt sheet pan. Place mixture on sheet pan in single layer. Bake at 425 for approx. 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
