Episode 12: Mistakes I've Made As a Coach and Leader (Assuming I Was A Safe Space), ruffled a few feathers.
It was the most responded to episode thus far. There was MUCH conversation and discourse about why it's not ok for coaches and leaders to claim our spaces are safe.
Not everyone agreed.
And that's ok.
Change is scary and takes some time to wrap our heads around ~ AND sometimes needs further clarification... so I whipped up this episode, with 3 reasons why there's no such thing as a safe space and 3 antidotes to support more aligned harm free action.
