As I have reflected on the past year and transitioning into my thirties I wanted to ensure that listeners of the pod could truly take something away from the show. This week's episode is a solo podcast. I can assure you that we will still have guests on the show.   I wanted to discuss how we oftentimes live life in a preoccupied state. Sometimes we get so attached to ideas, situations, and projections while losing what's in front of us, which is the present moment. Enjoy the pod!
