In this shorter episode, I share with you some of the reasons why I started this podcast and part of the inspriation! For those of you from Canada and remember President's Choice - this was one of my early memories of a character Dave Nichol who was a leader in supermarket marketing; but he built a brand and through his stories in the Insider Report; he encouraged people to try things consumers would have never usually considered. Here we also talk about those unique people in any organisation who have that sparkle beyond day to day!
