Outside of this physical reality time does not exist. We only experience it here in this reality in order to be able to learn and grow.  It was a sort of mechanism put in place, for the human mind to be able to learn from experiences and process them in a manner that the human brain can understand. In reality everything exists at the same time - past, present and future.
