This episode explains why you can’t stick to healthy habits outside of the constraints of a challenge or a program. Thanks to the one and only James Clear who wrote, “Atomic Habits”, I finally figured out why we absolutely fall apart as soon as these programs/challenges are over. I take the information and apply it to being a SAHM, in hopes of you creating healthy habits that last once you complete a challenge such as the Mama Mindset Reset Challenge.

What I don’t want, is for women to complete the challenge and not have done the work to create healthy habits that actually stick, fall back into their toxic behavior, and end up further behind and more disappointed in themselves than they were before starting the program.
