Before I became a 4x National athlete, I was a size 0 pant size and my “happy weight” I allowed myself to fluctuate between was 112-116 lbs. When I decided I wanted to compete in the bikini division of the sport of bodybuilding, I knew I loved the look of the National and Pro athletes and I wanted that for myself. The first coach I had was a Pro Bodybuilder and her first rule was that I was not allowed to weigh on the scale for the whole duration of our 12-week prep. I was mind blown as I was used to weighing at least once a day and sometimes more! Her reason why has stuck with me forever and what I learned through this process of transforming my body composition has translated into every other aspect of my life. In today’s episode, I’ll tell you the story of my physical transformation and why you’ll have to change some aspects of yourself in order to become the person that can fulfill the vision you have for yourself.
