Look let's be honest here, tracking your cycle is like drinking enough water or getting in enough sleep, we all know that we need to do it but hardly anyone does.


I know first hand that if I don't understand why I am doing something then it is a lot harder to actually implement it.

I hardly tracked my cycle during my teenage years. It wasn't until much later in life when my period problems started getting worse, I started to track my cycle.


Today's episode will cover why you need to be tracking your cycle...believe it or not, it is more than just avoiding or achieving pregnancy.
