This episode was inspired by a recent coaching session. For a long time I let others determine my worth. If you’re anything like me (and you probably are) you’re waiting for external validation. Let’s put the SELF in self worth, right? Don’t dim yourself or be smaller or change your values in order to be chosen. Assess what you really want and then start auditioning people to see if they fit in your life, not the other way around.
