When I set a goal, if I don't immediately feel doubt, overwhelm, and fear, I know my goal isn't aggressive enough. And y'all know me! I set a goal and I'm all in. Why do you set a goal? To give yourself something to work toward, something to grow by. It's a move forward to achieving things you never dreamed you'd achieve. And if it doesn't feel scary sometimes, you aren't dreaming big enough.
