How many times have you heard about yoga and thought..NAH not for me..not for me? Yoga is for everyone not just people who only drink green juices and shop at Trader Joes. This week Courtney dives into her yoga journey and how she's been in the "beginner" stage for 8 years but uses it more for relaxing and stretching. Some of us do not want to learn how to bend ourselves into a pretzel but ALL of us want to learn how to wind down properly and Yoga teaches you that skill. Abe dives in with all the skills and benefits Yoga can teach you. So catch up with us this week on why you should be doing Yoga!
