Why You Should Sleep More?

Sleep is a necessity of our body, just like food, oxygen and pee. There are immediate and grave consequences of under sleeping. And unlike a financial debt which can be paid later, you can't sleep more later to compensate for previous days sleep. 

Correction: We are not 3 times more creative during sleep. Just more creative(How sleep makes your mind more creative - BBC Future).
