Hello and welcome to The Power of You! My name is Ashley Ta. I am an Army Veteran, an Army Wife, a mother of three and a mindset/transformation coach. I have been on my own transformational journey since January 2014. I started my journey overweight, unhappy, and unsure of if I would ever truly be able to find my own power. I have struggled most of my life with low self-esteem, and was bullied a lot as a kid for my weight/size.
