We can also be jealous and envious of others and this can stop us from wanting to support them.

Gaining an understanding of the reasons why others may not be supportive can help lessen the effect it has on you.

Try to not take it personally, you need to accept when you have a business that there will be people who will choose not to use you.

With family and friends, it can be helpful if you are specific about what support you need and want. There are lots of ways you can be specific, asking them to like a post or share a link.

You have to proactively target and engage family and friends. They may want to support you but don’t know how to help.

If you are supportive of others and help where you can often things will come back to you.

It's important that challenges in relationships don’t stop you working towards your goals, pushing forward with your business and being successful.
