Are you seeing more "booty workouts" as the days go on?

Some of you may be sick of it, others may be enjoying them but this will depend on what value you are looking for from it

I get many clients coming from coaches sending them generic plans with no follow up, no support and no inevitably no result

Do not get sucked into the highlight reel on Instagram and these one off "untailored" one off plans

Anyone with experience will tell you that training, just like nutrition, supplement, expenditure and lifestyle tweaks and changes need to be made as your body progresses and changes and this imply can not be done with a "one off" booty plan

Sorry to disappoint ladies but it is a quick way to waste your money and lose motivation

A few bodyweight squats and bodyweight kickbacks in "bum enhancing" leggings might look good to suck people in for views and engagement but thats not what gets the result

Once you train the correct muscles the correct way, control your nutrition and tick all the other variables such as cardio, sleep, rest and recovery as well as the accountability and experience to keep you on track - the results will soon show and that will be progressing in no time
