Join Emily as she explores her experience at attempting to achieve her 'summer body' through reckless intensive dieting and exercise throughout the spring months. Emily explores how the "March and April" scaries would set in, the moment nice weather rolled around, and this would elicit the domino effect of stress, anxiety, dread, and more. Emily discusses her experience, why it was harmful to her relationship with food, exercise, and herself, and how she empowers you to address it otherwise.


Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is also working towards completing her Functional Nutrition Certification through MindBody Green. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life. Emily marries mindset with behavioral change in order to create the ultimate mind body connection and promote sustained change and a healthful balance within her work with clients. 


She explores 

- years of her experience navigating stress and anxiety around how she felt in her skin as she anticipated the warmer months

- why intensive approaches won't give you the results you're looking for

- suggestions and strategies on how to be more effective

- why shifting your mindset is first and foremost essential to making a change
