#037 Did you know that sharing your story is a very important step of your healing journey? When you share your hardship, it becomes a form of self-care for you. If you also decide to share it with others then it also benefits those with similar stories. Today I talk about the importance of sharing your story to help yourself and others with similar experiences. It is very important that you first share your story with supportive and caring people in your life for your own healing before you decide to share it publicly (if you decide to share it publicly).
